I am not sure on exact dates or times but around 5 years ago I injured my left knee. It would always be so painful to walk and it would always be swollen and bruised around the knee cap area. I could not walk to the corner shop without being in pain for days afterwards.

It was about three years ago when I went to see my local doctor about it as the knee was getting worse. After visiting the doctor he gave me a referral to the local hospital to see the orthopaedic surgeon. At the end of the visit and after having x rays he diagnosed the problem with the knee, he also said that I had early signs of osteoarthritis in the knee. He soon booked me in to see the physiotherapist around once a week (a painful experience!) in hope that we could strengthen the muscle around the knee before we looked at the option of surgery.

In May/June 2003 we were at church and Apostle John at the end of the service asked if anyone needed any prayer for healing. Kent, my husband, leant over and said I should go out. I was a bit confused as I could not work out why I needed to go out. I think I had a runny nose that day but did not feel I needed to go out for that as it is so minimal. I asked him, what for? And he said your knee! I now realised that it had become so part of my everyday I did not recognise it as something I could ask healing for.

That day Apostle John prayed for my knee and God moved mightily and even that day it felt better, it was up and down all week but by the end of the week, the very next Sunday I was able to stand up and claim that God had healed my knee completely!!!! I write this testimony to encourage you that nothing is too small for God. It is now 2 and a half years later and I have not had any problems with the knee at all, no doctor visits and I believe that the osteoarthritis has also been healed.

Our God is a wonderful God, every time I remember this or share it with someone it blows me away how awesome our God is!
