 Reverend Bill Buckley and wife Gwladys have been the ministers at St Mary's Anglican in Mount Morgan for 7 years and have done a marvellous job over the time. I remember when they first came to town the  congregation there was depleted with only a handful of folks. The Buckleys only came to town to retire (they were about 76 at the time) but soon poured themselves out with great energy into the church and saw a mini-revival in the fellowship. This Sunday was their last as they are now retiring for real and moving soon to Charters Towers in North Queensland. We moved our service to join in with them and to honour and bless these mighty people who have served God their whole lives.
